What the statute actually says

WRONG for a 3-class draft: PA (75 Pa.C.S. 102, Act 154 of 2014) defines 'pedalcycle with electric assist' as <=100 lb, motor <=750W, and <=20 mph motor-only (all required). NO 3-class system, no Class 3/28 mph. Minimum operating age 16; under-12 pedalcycle helmet law applies. [Source: 75 Pa.C.S. 102 ('pedalcycle with electric assist'); 3514 age]. Draft — verify against the current statute before relying on it.
